Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service apply to anyone who accesses, registers for, or uses 70VPN cross-border network acceleration services. By using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop using the relevant services. Under these terms, 70VPN provides subscriptions, access to international routes, and a user panel. You are responsible for deciding whether the service suits your location, use case, and device environment.

Service Coverage and Scope

70VPN provides cross-border network acceleration across 110+ countries and 240+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available regions, route types, and connection methods are determined by what is shown in the user panel at the time. Routes may change due to maintenance, regional connectivity conditions, upstream resource adjustments, or changes to third-party service rules.

The service is designed to improve cross-border access and connection paths when visiting international websites. It does not control any third-party website, application, content, or account status. Whether a third-party service is available, what can be accessed, and which account rules apply are determined by that provider. You are responsible for preparing a compatible device, a working network connection, and any lawful account required to use third-party services.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. You must safeguard your login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and settings changes made through your account. If your credentials may have been exposed, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

Subscriptions support use on any number of devices, but accounts, subscription details, and connection credentials are intended only for the account holder’s ordinary personal or internal use. You may not publicly publish, resell, rent, exchange, or share an account or subscription details with unrelated people, nor provide the service to third parties by splitting subscriptions or distributing access in bulk. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, configuration exposure, and account risks caused by shared credentials.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade during a billing period, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before placing an order, verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and account status to avoid completing the transaction under the wrong account.

Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities

When using 70VPN, you must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your location and in the region where the service is actually used, as well as the usage rules of the websites, platforms, and network services you access. You may not use the service for unlawful activities, infringe another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other lawful rights, or conduct malicious attacks, distribute harmful programs, abuse network resources at scale, or disrupt normal service operation.

You are responsible for any content transmitted, accessed, or processed through your account. 70VPN is not a party to transactions, content publishing, or account management between you and third parties, and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of third-party content. You bear responsibility for any consequences arising from violations of laws, third-party rules, or these terms.

Service Availability and Termination

70VPN may adjust network resources as needed for route maintenance, security management, and service operations. Planned maintenance will, where possible, be announced on the site or in the user panel. In the event of network failures, infrastructure issues, third-party changes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable advance control, some routes may be temporarily unavailable or require a region change. You can first try switching routes, updating your subscription, and checking your local network settings.

Connection changes caused by your device, the network at your location, third-party platform rules, or external network conditions beyond control do not constitute an ongoing guarantee of a fixed route or a particular third-party service. For suspensions necessary for maintenance, measures required by law, and issues caused by your own configuration, 70VPN will assume the corresponding responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If an account is reselling or sharing a subscription, using an abnormal amount of service resources, interfering with system operation, being used for unlawful purposes, or seriously violating these terms, 70VPN may restrict relevant features, suspend service, or terminate the account. Before or after taking action, the service may provide an appropriate explanation through the user panel based on the level of risk. Account termination does not affect responsibilities that arose before termination.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first payment. Submit refund requests through the user panel so the associated account and order status can be verified. Refunds are processed against the original order through the payment channel used; the final receipt status for Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT is determined by the respective payment provider.

70VPN may revise these terms in response to changes in service coverage, product features, legal requirements, or operating policies. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted accordingly. Significant changes affecting user rights or obligations will be highlighted on the site or in the user panel. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised content. If you do not accept it, stop using the service and properly manage any existing subscription.
